Birchmoor cattery and kennels is a family run business on the outskirts on Grantown on Spey. Whether leaving your pet for one night or away on holiday, finding the right environment to leave your pet in can be a difficult decision. 

You want your pet to enjoy their stay away as much as possible. Birchmoor cattery and kennels could be the answer to your problems. Here at Birchmoor cattery and kennels we have over 40 years experience looking after both family pets and working animals, therefore understand the difference in care they need.

When your pet is in our care, we aim to keep there routines as close to normal as possible, including their normal food and some TLC. We take great pleasure in looking after all the animals in our care and treat each pet as if they were our own. We not only aim to give you peace of mind when you are on your break but also that your pet enjoys their time away from home as much as possible.

The Environment Your Pets Stay In

Birchmoor cattery and kennels is run to a high standard and meets all council requirements. It is extremely important to us to maintain our high standards and are happy for you to come along and have a look about before you decide to leave your cat or dog in our care.

We are open all year round including all holidays. We have over 3 acres of land that surrounds our cattery and kennels. As well as looking after your pet while you are away, we also want to ensure that they have some home comforts such as blankets and toys. We enjoy walking the dogs and spending some time in the cattery to ensure your pet's needs are met.

As of the 1st of January 2020 we will be increasing our prices

The new prices will be:

• Dogs £12 per Day

• Two dogs sharing £22 per day 

• Cats £10 per day

• Two cats sharing £18 per day 

Your Pets Safety

When it comes to looking after your pet, their safety is extremely important to us. We are able to ensure their safety during walks by only walking your dog on our own land. You cat or dog will be kept in the cattery or kennel which is secure. We have ensured that all outside exercise runs are completely secured so that your pet is safe at all times.

Monday to Friday:  8am to 10am

                   2pm to 5pm

Sat and Sunday:    8am to 10am

                   2pm to 5pm

These times are for dropping pets off. We can be contacted through out the day for bookings and information.
